It’s already stood the test of time

All items are sold on an ‘as seen’ basis and due to the age of some of these items, they will show normal signs of usage that you would expect to see from the items.

Prior to being taken into stock, we check all of the pre-owned items and we reject any that are not ‘fit for purpose’. Therefore, all of our items for sale can be considered in good condition (or better). For example, you will not find any items of furniture that have been broken, ceramics/glass items will not have any chips or cracks in them and collectables/jewellery will not have been previously repaired.

In addition:

• All furniture items have been checked for woodworm and treated accordingly, if required (then stored with us for 3 months and checked regularly before being put into the shop).
• Jewellery items will all have the appropriate gold or silver marks on them and precious stones (ie – diamonds) will have been checked for being genuine.

We do not operate a returns policy – we are always happy to discuss any queries and/or concerns that you may have.
